  • Your initial programme is designed around your requirements
  • Starting off with safety in mind we build an initial group of workouts to start your fitness journey
  • As you progress with your programme – and become stronger and fitter – we fine tune them to get you closer to your goals
  • Constant monitoring by me will insure you get the very most out of every session
  • We will also talk about nutrition and plan your meals together

MULTI-SESSION/ / IMPLEMENTATION

  • The further along your fitness journey you progress we mix up your programme to add in new exercises to push you that little bit harder
  • We can add in new items such as kettlebells / DMX training / HITT training and even activities such as boxing and circuit training
  • I will deliver something different each time we train – keeping the session fresh and interesting
